We have long enjoyed making delicious food for our family and friends and have also delighted in their enjoyment of our food. Cooking for others provides us with a great deal of satisfaction. Our catering business literally grew at the request of our family and friends. Countless times we were encouraged to start our own catering business. Everybody raved about our foods based on classic gourmet recipes and our smoked and barbecued foods.

So, that's what we did! We didn't jump into the catering business blindly. A lot of thought and planning were done before we dedicated ourselves to catering for profit. We built a new catering facility. It was designed from the ground up to serve our catering business well. We are State licensed and inspected.

We have lived in the Ashland, Nebraska area for, essentially, all our lives. Yet, nearby Omaha, nearby Lincoln and all of the surrounding communities are like a second home to us. We also enjoy participating in local community activities. Brian has been the Fire Chief for the Ashland Volunteer Fire Department for many, many years.

Our goal is to give our customers the best service and lowest cost high quality meals that we can provide. We are a small family business that takes pride in giving our customers great food, great service and great value for your money.
