Smoked Baby Back Ribs
Our most requested menu item!  Baby back ribs are meaty, flavorful and juicy.
We use our signature rub and slowly smoke these ribs for 4 to 6 hours using Missouri hickory wood.
The meat gently pulls from the bone when you bite into our baby back ribs.

Brisket
Beef brisket specially seasoned and smoked for up to 18 hours.
Available sliced, chopped or both.

Smoked Whole Chicken
We smoke whole chickens until they are tender and juicy.
Flavored with our famous rub and spices, the chicken is served quartered.
